Terms of Service
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 21, 2026
1. Agreement and operator
These terms govern bizarthahq.com and the current Bizartha Relay release, operated by Bizartha LLC, 1044 Mabel Josephine Ct, Tracy, CA 95377, United States. Contact jose@bizarthahq.com. A separate signed agreement controls to the extent it expressly supersedes these terms.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Keep your password confidential and use an account only as authorized. Current workspaces are individual. An owner label is descriptive text; it does not create another user’s access or record a legally binding approval from that person.
3. Product scope
Relay organizes release records and human-entered readiness attestations. It does not run tests, validate monitoring, review source code, deploy software, or execute rollback procedures. A readiness count is a count of entered checks, not a prediction of reliability or a guarantee of a safe release. You remain responsible for engineering review and deployment decisions.
4. Readiness and records
Ready and Released records require all five current checks and no text in the blocker field. These application rules do not verify the truth of your entries or external systems. Record accurate information and do not treat a checked box as independent certification or evidence of another person’s approval.
5. Permitted use and content
Use the service lawfully. Do not submit secrets, passwords, private keys, sensitive regulated data, harmful content, or information you lack authority to process. Do not attack, interfere with, or misuse the service, circumvent access controls, or send spam. You retain rights to submitted content and grant permission to process it as needed to provide the service.
6. Demo and exports
The local demo uses synthetic examples stored in your browser. Use fictional information in the demo and control access to shared devices. Export your workspace when needed. CSV exports apply formula escaping; review any imported or downloaded file before using it in another system.
7. Early access and future plans
The current individual early-access workflow collects no payment card and creates no paid subscription. Future paid capabilities would require disclosed commercial terms before charges. Roadmap items, integrations, delivery dates, or pricing not expressly offered are not commitments.
8. Deletion and suspension
You can remove release records or permanently delete the account using the controls provided. Account deletion removes active workspace records and account activity, subject to legal obligations and provider backup retention. We may restrict access where reasonably needed to address misuse, security, or legal obligations.
9. Intellectual property
Bizartha’s original brand, website content, and software are protected by applicable law. You may use the service for its intended purpose. No unrelated intellectual property rights are transferred by using the website.
10. Availability, warranties, and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties are disclaimed and Bizartha is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No uptime, support response, or recovery time commitment is made in this early-access version.
11. Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by California law to the extent permitted, without displacing mandatory protections. We may update the terms and communicate material changes where appropriate. Send questions or notices to jose@bizarthahq.com.
