Privacy Policy
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 21, 2026
1. Operator and scope
Bizartha LLC operates bizarthahq.com and Bizartha Relay. This policy covers the public website, individual accounts, saved releases, the local demo, and business inquiries. Contact jose@bizarthahq.com or write to Bizartha LLC, 1044 Mabel Josephine Ct, Tracy, CA 95377, United States.
2. Account and workspace information
Accounts contain your name, email address, password hash, and creation time. We do not store plain-text passwords. Workspace data includes project names, versions, owner labels, dates, notes, blocker descriptions, manual readiness checks, stages, and dated activity events. Do not enter credentials, secrets, sensitive regulated data, or unnecessary personal information about other people.
3. Contact and technical data
Business inquiries contain your name, email, optional company, topic, and message. Hosting may process IP addresses, browser details, request timestamps, and error logs. Submission limits use a hash of the request source address. Password reset tokens are stored as hashes and expire after 30 minutes.
4. Purpose and legal bases
We use information to provide account access, save release records, validate requested changes, calculate views, respond to inquiries, and protect the service. Where required, the legal bases include performance of the user agreement for account functions, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and consent where applicable.
5. Cookies and the local demo
Accounts use an essential session cookie and security token. The interactive demo keeps synthetic releases and your edits in local storage in your browser. The demo does not create a server account. This release contains no advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Privacy choices allows local demo data to be cleared.
6. Providers and sharing
Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the service and deliver messages. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and security. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The current release sends no workspace records to external AI, repository, CI, or deployment providers.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain workspace data while your account is active, subject to earlier deletion and applicable legal obligations. Delete individual release records or permanently delete your account from the workspace. Activity events may retain a short release label after an individual record is removed; deleting the account removes its records and activity events from the active application database. Routine contact messages older than 90 days and submission-limit entries older than 24 hours are cleared during API requests. Hosting backups and email copies follow their configured retention schedules.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Export the workspace as CSV/JSON or delete the account in the product. For other requests, contact jose@bizarthahq.com; identity verification may be needed. You may complain to a relevant supervisory authority where applicable. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights.
9. Security and international processing
The implementation uses password hashing, session controls, security tokens, account-scoped queries, and submission limits. No system can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in the United States and other locations. Appropriate safeguards must apply where international transfer rules require them.
10. Children, links, and changes
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. External websites have their own practices. We may update this policy as the service develops and communicate material changes where appropriate. Questions can be sent to jose@bizarthahq.com.
